Refund policy

For safety and hygiene reasons, not supported the change or return except that it is for error in the order (the product sent does not correspond to the requested order) or manufacturing defects.

 We recommend that you insure and review your order before making the payment.

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

-The product must be in perfect condition with the labels and without having been used.

-The return period is 3 business days from the date of receipt of the product.   

Once the shipment is done, if the product meets the favorable conditions For the return, the refund would be processed with the same route in which the payment was made. 

The reimbursement bank transaction can last 3 business days, depending on the type of card that has been used to make the payment.
